Future Forces Forum Presented at Czech Embassies in Paris, Brussels, and The Hague

On 11/23, 24, 25, 2015 took place at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in The Hague, Permanent representation of the Czech Republic to the EU in Brussels and the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Paris presentation of the project Future Forces Forum (FFF). The event was introduced by Ondřej Abrhám, Deputy Ambassador of the Czech Republic in The Hague, H. E. Jaroslav Kurfürst, Ambassador of the Czech Republic in Brussels and H. E. Marie Chatardová, Ambassador of the Czech Republic in France and Monaco, permanent representative of the Czech Republic to UNESCO and OIF, and was attended by representatives of Ministry of Defence NLD, FRA, Ministry of Foreign Affairs NLD, industry associations, clusters, universities and international organizations.
FFF is an international platform focused on current and future needs of the armed and security forces attached to showcase the latest products and technologies. Presentation of the project was provided by Pavel Zelenka, director for international affairs and Jiří Štirba, Programme Director. They stressed upon the success of the event in 2014 and introduced an improved and expanded the concept for 2016, including logistical information and special offer for foreign partners. The planned program for 19 to 21 October 2016 PVA Expo Prague Letňany includes exhibitions, congresses, conferences, workshops, special events, galaevening and accompanied NATO meetings on 17 to 21 October 2016. The FFF brings together military and defense structures, but also other state security forces and institutions such as the Police, Fire & Rescue Service, Prison Service, including customs and relevant regional bodies (Emergency Medical Service, Metropolitan Police of the capital city of Prague, etc.) and relevant scientific research institutions and universities. Subsequent discussion revealed the specific objectives of the FFF, and in particular themes topical to present the company and other foreign actors - Cyber Security, medical devices, defense against weapons of mass destruction facilities and protection of the soldier / policeman opportunities for small and medium businesses, the presence of representatives of the project soldier 21st century and potential benefits for universities and organizations focused on innovation and research.
Team FFF convincingly answered all questions, and invited participants to communicate their needs and expectations that the organizers try to maximize the fill. Finally, mention the company LOM Praha, s.e. as a general partner of the FFF project, and the company VOP CZ, s.e. and Česká zbrojovka, Inc, as important partners of the Czech defense industry. He noted the importance of cooperation with the University of Defence in Brno, Technical University of Liberec, Czech Technical University in Prague and the Technical University of Ostrava, mainly in the preparation of the scientific program of the project FFF. An important partner for the project FFF in the area of governmental organizations, mainly the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Defence through the Industrial Cooperation and Organisations Management Division, General Staff of the Czech Armed Forces, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Czech Trade, Czech Invest, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Police, Fire & Rescue Services, Prison Service, Ministry of Transport, Civil Aviation Authority, Air Traffic Control, Prague Airport, Czech Airlines, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, the Defence and Security Industry Association of the Czech Republic, the National Security Agency and a number of other subjects, such as eg. NATO JCBRN D COE in Vyskov, the Multinational Logistics Coordination Centre in Prague, Czech Hydrometeorological Institute and the Prague City Hall.
