Semantic Visions: seeing defense supply chain risk weeks before it makes the news
05.10.2026

Prague-based Semantic Visions is bringing live demonstrations of its OSINT platform svEye to Future Forces Forum. Visitors to the stand can work with real data and see how open sources — more than 2 million articles a day in more than 12 languages from more than 900,000 sources — turn into early warning for the defense industry and security agencies.
svEye classifies media signals into more than 720 event types every day and links them to specific companies, owners, commodities and locations. The result is continuous visibility into what is happening around Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers: where ownership is changing, where sanctions, export controls or dual-use exposure are building up — typically before the story reaches mainstream coverage.
Three use cases will be shown at the stand:
- Multi-tier supply chain mapping — how to see beyond direct suppliers and surface dependencies that appear in no contract.
- Early warning of supplier financial distress — illustrated by the signals svEye picked up months before the bankruptcy of EV maker Fisker.
- Hybrid threats and narrative analysis — how physical incidents, legal moves and propaganda connect into a single picture (case study from the Valiant Shield 2024 exercise).

Semantic Visions has been developing semantic analysis of open sources since 2011. Its data is used today by risk and compliance teams, procurement, investors and defense organisations across Europe and the United States.
Come and see what open sources say about your supply chain. Find us at the Semantic Visions stand in hall 2.
