Welcome to the online visitor registration for events held as part of the FUTURE FORCES FORUM project.
The Future Forces Exhibition & Forum 2026 will take place from Wednesday, 21 October to Friday, 23 October 2026 at PVA EXPO PRAGUE. Admission to the exhibition and expert panels is reserved exclusively for professional visitors.Please review the Registration Terms & Conditions below carefully to avoid possible non-admission or expulsion.
SUSPICIOUS SCHENGEN VISA APPLICATIONS – The organizers do not provide invitation letters to suspicious applicants. Fraudulent or suspicious online registrations will be cancelled. Before contacting us, please ensure that you have valid documents proving your professional involvement in the defence and security field, or a letter of credentials issued by a relevant government authority.

Onsite registration will be charged by 20 EUR (including VAT)
Uniformed personnel are admitted free of charge without the need to register online by showing their service ID. PRIORITY ENTRANCE (FAST TRACK) is located in the Entrace Hall 2.
During the exhibition show days there will be a limited onsite registration facility and delays should be expected

ADMISSION POLICY
Admission is limited to professional and business visitors only
Dress Code: Business casual or service dress
Visitors under 18 years will not be admitted to the exhibition and expert events. Organized groups of students accompanied by a teacher can get a special entry permission - please send your request to [email protected].
Identity checks will be conducted as a condition of entry
The Organizers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from FUTURE FORCES FORUM events who does not comply with this policy or who they reasonably consider are likely to break these rules
